My little boy saw a cartoon of Halloween and is now saving money to come to the US for Halloween. He'll be in college by then. lol ;o)))
We don't have Halloween here....we dress up for the Carnival that takes place in February.

People dress up and parade around in the streets. Nothing like Rio!!! ;o)))

We have the largest Carnival or Mardi Gras celebration west of the Mississippi, in San Diego (downtown and uptown). It's so, so super crazy!!!
