Thanks for the photos Val, they do come out slightly different colours sometimes depending on the camera or light, Ive been taking Fuchsia cuttings today best time of the year for it, they are Tom Thumb [a hardy one] and Empress of Prussia another beauty, If you like I will save a cutting of each for you, wont be ready while next spring but worth the wait;0))

Isn't this site the best. You will have so much fun. It is a real uplifter when you get depressed about some spot in your garden. I loved the Pyracantha pic. Does it get a lot of sun? We all look forward to spring but winter is ok too, lots of reading... about gardening.

thank you Wells, no they don't get much sun at all. Me too, have put a gardening Encyclopedia on my list, to read up on lots of different plants i've seen on this site.
