It looks like H. rosa-sinensis 'White Wings'. It's one of my favorites. It grow into a large shrub or tree. My neighbor has one which is 25ft (7.6m) tall with a big trunk.

My mom has this in a pot and it is huge!!! Not 25ft but maybe about 6ft and very wide.
I want this for the garden. I will keep it indoors until spring.
I also took another cutting of the orange double one. I had it years ago and lost it, my mom had taken a cutting and it's now a plant so my turn to take a cutting.

6ft/2m is a tiny plant. lol! :>)

I've never taken a cutting of Hibiscus. I should try one. Sounds like you have a good system for starting them from cuttings.

I really miss my big hedge of Hibiscus, when I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area. I had 6 varieties with different colors meshed together. I had hot pink, yellow, gold, white wings, San Diego Red, and a light orange.

This Hibiscus variety is so popular because it blooms so profusely all year.

Alexandramou:

Yes, the more Hibiscus the better. Almost every yard and business have many planted here in San Diego.
