In flower end of may this year, last year was end of april

Hi Jane, yes it has flowered every year for the last 4 or so years, this year I cut the flowers off, to encourage it to put on more leaf growth, they are quite slow growers in the uk, but completely hardy, and need no protection in winter, Derek.
