This was my big tropical border until last year 2011, my trees were almost 10 years old but got wiped out by the severe winter of 2010... My cordylines Australis were my pride & joy....

I was devastated I'd p,anted them from baby cordylines & had watched them grow & nurtured them for around ten years & they were my pride & joy of the garden and a talking point of any visitors. I was left a bit disheartened after that & thought I had lost my passion for gardening that year but it didn't last long. My passion for gardening is back again now & have since recreated my tropical border & the garden is looking better than ever... In my opinion....
