So nice when you successfully move your plants to your new garden..bringing the memories along with it! :D

I've lost a Clematis...and I thought I had lost an Hibiscus, but it's emerging! I try not to count the losses...just the survivors!

Clematis are hard to move Lori....and even if they grow, they tend not to want to flower.

I'm marvelling at C.Gillian Blades then, because at best I got a couple of blooms in each season (in the other garden)...nothing last season after the move (why I thought she was deceased) and then voila! I suppose she'll keep up the same pattern here...but who cares? lol...She made it!

Yes, that's why I removed my G.Blades Lori. After I moved it here it would grow like billyo, swamping everything around it, and produce like ....2...flowers! Hope yours does better though!

Am considering another spot for the clems but knowing how much they dislike having their roots disturbed I'm going to try to move them after the first wave of bloom, so that they have time to reestablish before the winter sets in. planting them with roses in a small encloseable space. Hope it works.
