wow....perfect...

The variegated foliage on this Crossandra is just terrific. The poor orange blooms get a little lost in amongst it all.

Wow! I want one! lol! :>)

I took all my Crossandra out of the side of my house. They were so eaten by snails. I'll get new ones this year. I'll have to see if this variety is available here.

They make a brilliant mass planting, Andy. I only have one at the moment, and it's in a pot, but when I visited the Roma Street Parklands earlier this year I saw a bed filled with them and it was fantastic.

Yes, I've seen them in mass plantings. They look terrific!

I need to get the orange and yellow...hopefully I can find the red variety, which is very difficult to find.

I've never seen the red. That would be wonderful. I'm still on the lookout for the yellow. It doesn't turn up very often here.

You can see them on the internet. It used to be the common color...not sure why it's so rare now.

There's a pink variety which is very beautiful! I would love to get one.

I bought two yellow ones last year and forgot to water them...and they died. :>(

Is there any way to order this var. crossandra by mail?
Where is it?
I have got seeds from red crossandra. It does like to produce seeds, never noticed it in yellow and orange types.

Bavu, I'm not sure whether this would be available through an online nursery overseas. I'm here in Australia and while this is readily available in the nurseries here in the tropical north, but I've never seen it in an online nursery catalogue.
