We lost all the winter figs, Katarina, which was not surprising, but more seem to be growing to take their place. Or did you mean you lost the whole tree? Not so good. :o(

I think the one is absolutely lost as until now I did not notice any leaf bud on it. The other one has two leaf buds, but at the very bottom. So this summer it will be without figs :(
