Thankyou :-) it is flopping a bit though with the weight of the flowers, note to Kathy give it some support next year :-))

Super!!

How old are they?
2 of mine (you know what I mean!?) have just started to flower this winter and I'm wondering how long I have to wait to see mine like yours..!

They are amazing Kathy once they get their roots in they certainly make themselves at home ;0)

Think these have been here around 6 years Tommymoo, but have put on a great display for 4 years now as Carole says they do grow very fast once they get going.
Just going to have my takeaway then I'll pm you later Tommymoo, was wondering if you were here or in France to send your plants :-)

Thanks for your reply Simbad!

I lost all the cordylines (7 of them!!) and loads of other plans this winter and I was depressed :-( But!! This one survived, which delighted me a great deal, I mean it! I thank you so very much for that!! I'll pm you later :-)

A good clump there, far too big for our garden that would be the size of one of our borders......

Oh a shame about your cordylines Tommymoo I lost 7 of my 9 phormiums:-( have risked buying one new one this year and may get a couple more yet :-)
Yes anything that can survive those temperatures is very welcome isn't it this one certainly seems as tough as old boots, this did get a bit flattened by the snow last year but still went on to flower brilliantly :-))
It is a bit of a monster isn't it DD :-)

You've lost 7 phormiums?! So sorry to hear that :-(
I had 3 phormiums and 1 young one died and the rest 2 barely alive, but it'll take ages to perk up or they will never come back. But!! The hellebores you gave me were extraordinarily strong. They were covered with snow and ice and still they didn't succumb to all that. Just amazing!! Brilliant :-) :-) :-)

Yes mine were quite large ones Tommymoo a couple did struggle on a bit last year sending up a few tiny leaves but the cold snap we had a few weeks ago finished them off, they had their chance but think its time to replace them, soo glad the hellebores have done well for you :-)
Thanks TT :-)
