Katarina . . . the Scilly Isles are off the coast of Cornwall (2 hours by ferry I think).

The Scillies are 26 miles west of Lands End in Cornwall. You can get there by ferry or on a small plane from Lands End Airport or on a helicopter from Penzance [soon to be Newquay instead]

It is a world apart over there!

Thank you Sheila, yes, the name was some kind of deja vu to me, I just couldn´t imagine with what continent it is associated. Lol, Wildrose, for sure I would choose a simple boat for transport. With three men in it. Paddling :)
