Is it real wood (it looks it)

27 Nov, 2011

Is this an actual weatherproof clock designed for outdoors, Paul? What a cool idea. I wouldn't mind one in my garden, as I never wear a wristwatch ... I bought one with a wide rubbery pink strap about six years ago, but it just sits in my bedside drawer. Nice outdoorsy design.

yes in or outdoor - loved the stone effect around the edge :)))) this will go under the capony eventually :))) Thanks for your comment :)))))))))))))))))))))))))

Now that is lovely, Paul ... I often remove my watch for gardening and then have to rummage in a pocket for my mobile to get the time! Hmm ... I feel a gift idea coming on ... :o)

29 Nov, 2011

Thanks Scottish - :))))))))))))))))))

29 Nov, 2011

This is a nice one Paul, I put the one I bought in the summerhouse as I didn't trust it to be weatherproof as it said it was. We used to be able to see the church clock until a neighbours tree grew so tall this last couple of years we can only see it from one particular place in the garden. We had to listen for the bell on the hour ....lol

30 Nov, 2011

cool HB - lol least you know every hour it is still there somewhere :D this is now side of shed where it is wind and 99%weather proof - has protection over it and faces north side :)))))))))) Will build canopy over soon :))))

30 Nov, 2011

sounds a good place for it,Paul..mine is on the house wall ,under the shelter of the soffits..if that's the correct spelling..so quite sheltered with it being a Bungalow..:o)

30 Nov, 2011

Yes great idea Bloomer - do you have a pic ??? Sounds lovely to have it there

30 Nov, 2011

I've been looking at a few, but where to put it, is the question, like Bloomer we have a Bungalow, so under the Soffits somewhere, not sure yet...making me think there P...:)))

30 Nov, 2011
