i've not heard of Eden's snow but it does look like Pyracantha crenulata does it have berries later?

Hi there Surreylad,

Sincerelly I have no idea if it can be called berries, it is not edible.
The berries can be yellow, orange or red, only birds eat them, as far as I know
The reason why it is called "Neve do Eden" (portuguese) or Eden's snow (as I translated to English) is not very clear.
