Ok, managed to borrow a camera for a day (now have an emergency one from ebay) so heres a couple of snaps before its all over
My horsetail still gowing strong and a bit of Jap fern and other stuff

The ferns here are all turning yellow...we've had frost and that stopped their show for this season. Like the look of that horsetail... the ones that grow around here are a less than wonderful colour. (beigey gray) Like that green!

lovely ferns, maybe i should get more ~ just realised i have a border that from now till march will get one hour sun at best ~ some of it will get none!!
