I'm starting a new garden too, tmbell. was so anxious to do everything yesterday...but reality check...and I'm glad I'm too old to jump in with both feet! found so many lovely plants and wildflowers that I might have destroyed if I was too gungho! Like your patio idea...maybe a little water feature to sit on the bench and enjoy?

Yes, we thought a water feature would be nice too.
