Why not just overwinter them?

If I can do it J, so can you. I had a tatty, funny shaped, twiggy old geranium (in the house) which had been neglected. I cut the top bits off (with my kitchen scissors) which had tiny little new leaves on them and stuck them in pots that already had plants growing in them and hey presto - they all flowered. Have a go - you've nothing to lose. S

Just remember to put them indoors when the frosts come!
