Oh what colour background? Am too addled from mosaic making today to decide..........my gut is cream so the bee stands out. Have tried blue and green and both together and all sorts of coloures like a meadow!

It's going to be lovely whatever colours you choose....purple/lilac/lavander to signify the bee on lavander plants??

Id say purple or lilac or someting..idk?

I wish I had some purple or lilac glass, difficult to find! Honey's not sure if I have much of that either!!! Might have to be cream, Lol! Will get back to it tomorrow and see what I can come up with.............well I say tomorrow, it's 2am and can't sleep. Am trying a whiskey and ginger ale, see if that works!
It's blowing up a storm outside, very wintry!

gales up here too! But sunny this morning :)

I love the lilac idea! I wonder.....lilac beads in the cream to give the 'feel' of lilac flowers...I bet you wish you'd never asked for input now Lulu! :) Sunshine here as well...didn't hear the storms Pixi, but I slept like a log!

still stormy here ~ how about mainly cream with a few dots of lavender and sage green to suggest lavender stalks or a lavender field ??
