OUR WEDDING DAY..........

OUR WEDDING DAY..........

Hi all!

My sincere apologies for not being around so much but it's been busy at work and I've been going full pelt on ebay to pay for this amazing day, which took place on 20th August.

It was THE most perfect day and highly emotional but one which we shall never forget. Honeymoon beckons this Monday, 29th - been back at work for a week...BOOO!

Anyway, for those who may be interested, this is me and my stunning bride.....

Hope to be back soon guys.

Take care
OB

Many thanks for all the nice comments. We had a stunning honeymoon and have been busy with work, Ali changed jobs - after some ill health - and it's been a generally crazy time.

Christmas and New Year came and went but was equally lovely and now here we are, at the end of a week off, spent here with friends who stayed for a few days, waiting to return to work tomorrow:0(

Next week, the garden, GH and potting shed all get a Spring clean ready for new seedlings on the flower and veg side. Hope to be back at it this year with lots of new blogs and pictures.

Look forward to my retrun here on GoY and catching up with some old friends!

See ya soon:0)

Lovely to hear from you again Dan now that you're back down to earth again after all that wedding and honeymoon excitement. I do hope your fortunes will be better in 2012 both health and work wise. I'm looking forward to some more of your great blogs so don't leave it too long! Many of your old friends are still here plus lots of new ones :o)) xx

Hello Lily!

How lovely to see a familiar face and thanks for the ever-warming comments.

Ali's health, I think, was more down to her old job, which brought her down both physically & emotionally but she is in a better place now thanks.

Earmarking a garden clean-up in the next couple of weeks- weather permitting - and have already sorted out my fruit & flower seeds tonight for sowing in Feb & March!

Looking forward to getting back out there and hopefully spending more time amongst the nature and wildlife along with opportunities to capture some nice pics!

Speak soon and take care

OB

Hi Dan. I'm so glad to hear Ali's health problems have been resolved. How's your new work venture faring in these difficult times?
I don't get to spend so much time on GOY these days nor have I been out in the garden much lately but I'm really looking forward to spring and all that it means.
I usually forget to sow any seeds I have and end up visiting the "Temple of Temptation"! LOL
Am looking forward to some more of your great pics and blogs so don't forget :o)) xx

Hi Dan, good to 'hear' from you on GoY after your short break ... the Aquilegias you sent are looking good ... sadly my own Nora Barlow seedlings have died off ... not sure why! ... No worries though as I have two sturdy plants in the borders ... :o) ... I'm sure it won't be too long until you post some lovely pics on GoY ... :o)
