They are Perennials Youngdaisy...I just cut mine back, cover with their own stems, and put straw over the top, in fact I do that with all my Perennials....
Where abouts are you...Do you pot them up them and pop them away somewhere!!

I've copied Whitelillies and added to favourites. I shall be spending the winter months trawling through my favourites and making a list of ideas/plants from all the photos. I'd better start saving now!!

Me too Frybo, ive got a few favourites to remind me :)
They dont survive up here Crissue.. Northeast of UK, Ill try your method of protection this year, you never know, it just might work, i have my heating on today! sick of the bad weather now, trying to organise a family trip for tomorrow but the weather forcast is keep changing lol..

It's 70+ today...first day without rain for about a week...
The rain can get on your nerves especially when the gardens had enough and you've had enough...

How about lifting it and potting it before the cold weather sets in...I wouldn't like you lose it...but it's your call...see how you feel when the time comes...

Hope you get a chance to get out with the family tomorrow...Have a great time if you do :o)))
