Brilliant! I had a 'brown turkey' one once...it did grow. I can't recall why it had to be 'dumped' now.....but tbh I prefer my figs dried.

That can be arranged KarenS, I don't mind either, nice fresh fruit salad, or a dried one...

Tasted my first Cherry Tom yesterday, first one ripe, straight into the growers mouth...:o)) very nice... pick pop and eat...:o)) and the Plants are like triffids, no matter how I pick them out, they so love it where they are, they are going great guns...will post a pic when I've got a ripe vine full to show....Gotta stop popping them tho...lol...

Quite right! When I was little, my BF and I used to visit her Grandad and he grew loads of toms, and he used to give us a brown paper bag each full of the little ones that were considered 'too small'...and of course, they were the best of all, and warm and we used to scoff the lot in the car on the way home!...happy, happy days! :))
