All the millions of Tipu trees here in San Diego are blooming now. This photo taken 4th of July, 2011 near Mission Bay, San Diego, CA.

This tree is a weed tree which grows wild along the freeways and everywhere else. It's super, super fast growing and extremely drought tolerant.
