I have waited with bated breath for this first glimpse...
I had no joy last year with any of my new Gladioli...and moved them temporarily to a nursery bed to see how they would do this year...there are many flower sheaths appearing, and I have three different types, so fingers x'd

I bought this last year and had a bad year too. My Blue Frost and a bright red were the only ones that did really well. No sign of this one this year tho. Shame cos yours looks really good!

'Peters Pears' is now open, so I'll post a pic later, I love it, and so pleased to see there are more to come...Shame about yours Tet..it's puzzling when that happens, 'cause you tend to think you've done something wrong...anyway I hope yours start to appear...
