I do the cotton gloves over rubber ones. then dipped in glyphosphate. How do you use the plastic bottle Wagger?

Cut the base off, thread the bindweed through the neck, pull as much through as you can then push it all back into the body of the bottle, spray the glyphosate inside it and leave it on the ground until it dies. Slightly less risk of touching any plants in error?
