Osmanthus Heterophyllus 'Goshiki' Tri Colour

This slow growing shrub is several years old...and has tri colour leaves...I cannot find it in my Encyclopedia..can anyone help with the name...

Many thanks Kasy, as soon as I read the word Osmanthus, it rang a bell...I couldn't find Goshiki in my E/pedia, so I googled it...I must say that I have never seen a flower yet...so maybe we're in for a treat in Autumn...thanks once again...have correctly titled it...x
