Plumeria ‘Moragne #93’


Plumeria ‘Moragne #93’ (Plumeria rubra 'Moragne #93')

This plumeria starts out as one reddish-pink flower and gradually changes to a lighter pink. Plumeria ‘Moragne #93’ has flowers averaging up to 4 inches in diameter with a sweet floral fragrance.

Are the flowers usually kind of twisted like this, when grown indoors? I've never seen the flowers grow like this outdoors.

The flowers facing the light aren't twisted. The flowers that are facing away from the light are twisted. If it would be directly under the light, I think the petals wouldn't be twisted. But on the other hand, the petals of other blooming plumerias not facing the light, are not twisted.

That makes a lot of sense. I know plumeria trees love and need lot of direct sun to bloom well. All my trees in pots and in the ground get all day sun (all year).
