Oh they are wild looking things, aye? I love them...water in my stream moves too fast for the native sarracenia. they require a bog...but who knows what can be done? I just might be my next project...a bog blog ??? heheeee. When I first saw the thumbnail I thought it was a tiffany lamp of some type~!

They are wonderful plants Sandra There is a zone dedicated to carnivorous plants at Kew with large clumps of Sarracenias.they always cause quite a stir when they are in bloom. Many people dont realize they are hardy.

i would love to see them Rbt....i did know they were hardy either....its been in the conservatory all winter...

i bought this one last year and it had one flower on..not sure how old it is..
