This is just one of the water overflows of 8, it cost us a fortune having it sorted our and our neighbour knew this is what was going to happen to our garden and told the builder to carry on,

I would have complained to the council my MP etc and probably blocked the pipes with bungs. Is it illegal to flood someone's land with overflow water? Worth looking into.

thanks Lindak, will do that if it floods again this year, my neighbours are selfish Janey, especially when they knew we would get flooded,
