I thought I had lost this shrub. Although there is only a couple of branches showing any sign of life at least its not completely dead. :o)

What a lovely plant to be bought by your dad for you, I don't blame you wanting it to last as long as you, I would be the same, I have plants belonging to my mother, which she told me to take when they put her in a home, I ve still got them and wo be tied my grand kids if they damaged them as I have one grandson that would for spite.
