Do they grow rampant there, like they do here? Cosmos can grow and bloom all year here...and they can take over a huge area very fast.

I don't know if Cosmos will naturalize there...however, here they can take over, very fast.

I'm not sure about Cosmos but there are yellow daisies all over the side of the roads at the moment.

You'll have to get some photos.

We have a tall, yellow daisy-like flowering plant, which is native...and it's flowering everywhere now. It usually starts blooming in early February. I'll have to post some pics soon.
