Spots on the leaf, fungus, i believe, will soon be doing something about this...

Last year i cut off the effected leaves, the plants grew back and seemed fine through last year. it seems to have come back over the winter period. I shall try and think what else i can do next winter to try to stop, or at least reduce this next winter.
