Pink Flowers

Not sure what this plant is...it was growing at Pacific Beach in San Diego, CA. Photo taken March 16, 2011.

Looks like a Watsonia of some kind.

I think you're correct. It may be Watsonia borbonica 'Flamboyant' - Rose Bugle Lily. That seems to look like it, anyway.
