This one of the many Firewheel trees in Balboa Park. The Firewheel trees start blooming in Oct. through May or possibly June. It's such a beautiful, clean flowering tree native to Queensland, Australia. This tree is used as a nice lanscape or street tree in San Diego. Photo taken Mar. 3, 2011.
