had to remove my golden escallonia in the circular bed & have planted a ground cover rose called Magic carpet which will have lilac coloured flowers,hopefully it will be happy there!

I had to remove mine too Donnah....a shame as they are such a pretty shrub. Hoping to see the Rose in the summer....:o)

Oh what a shame you had to remove it , but your rose will look lovely I'm sure. Looks as though you had a nice bit of sunshine there, lucky you, we have had bitter winds today.

it was a shame to remove the escalonia but hopefully the rose will be pretty...that`s ok Janey we all get mixed up now & again!!
