I have a Daphne `Rebecca` for a year and at first it hardly grew at all. Over Summer it has almost doubled its size and I`m hoping for some flowers this year. :o)

I was pointed to a great website with info about Daphne by Spritzhenry last year when I lost my Daphne Odora Aureomarginata.....I think this is the same plant. One important tip I gleaned from it is that Daphne's roots must never be dry...it will result in sudden and quick death...so keep an eye on it's compost Stroller!

I`ll bear that in mind Karen, mine is planted in a particularly damp bit of ground and is really thriving. :o)

As Lab says I will bear that in mind Karen - thanks for the tip.
