iv always liked them lin, im hoping for frog spawn in my pond next year ;o)

I usually get spawn in my smaller pond every year but I think the fish eat a lot of it. A couple of years ago an old bowl that had got left in the garden filled with rainwater and I even had spawn in there. Did you know that frogs can drown your fish, thats why a lot of people don't like them in their pond. During mating time they cling onto the fish like they do the female frog and cling so tight that they hold the fishes gills closed so therefore the fish cant breath. I rescued one of mine one year where the frog had clung onto it, It 's. really difficult to get them off.

my god how awfull lin,, i will watch out in future, iv had quite alot of frogs but having seen them near my fish, hope that doesnt happen ;o( thanx for telling me
