Bulb, in Jan. to April in California. Likes full sun. Not so easy to get to bloom. Bulbs need to mature and the bugs love their leaves, but the flower is beautiful but doesn't last long. So take a picture if you get flowers.

It's new to me and I love them too but the flowers don't last long without sun. Pity. They remind me of Day Lilies a bit.
I'll have to look at the packet to see the name as I can't remember the name.
I'm sorry if I'm not responding to comments sooner as I'm not getting notified on my email anymore. Not sure how to fix it.
