Young Rhodochiton flower

meanie

By Meanie

Young Rhodochiton flower (Rhodochiton atrosanguineus (Rhodochiton))

Still getting to grips with flash photography, but this shot of a Rhodochiton flower forming has come out pretty well.
The flower itself is probably about a week away from being fully formed.

Thank you Yorkshire. I was laid on my back at midnight to take this shot as I suffer frequent bouts of insomnia!

What else?

See who else is growing Rhodochiton atrosanguineus (Rhodochiton).

See who else has plants in genus Rhodochiton.

This photo is of "Rhodochiton "Purple Bell Vine"" in Meanie's garden
