APPLES GALORE!

As you can see, this pic was taken in July, the apples are not ready until September so they are considerably larger than shown when they're ready to be picked. We get an average of 200 lbs of cooking apples off them each year, but give the marjority away to friends and family as we can't use them all (I'm not particulary keen on apple anyway but mange to make a few pies and crumbles). My husband reckons when we can no longer get rid of the apples, the trees will get the chop. I don't think this day will ever come as they're very popular (especially as they're free!).
