Copycat Poppy.!

Pity I didn't move the "pot feet" from the path ! Had to move the pot when it was really windy,and forgot about these...Must remember to check the background in future.Lol.

Lol,Lou,it does look a bit like that...it was the only one that had just opened fully,as the petals drop after a couple of days..The buds are huge,and seem to pull the stem down a bit.I have had to stake them too,or else they would be down on the floor.Lots more to come,I'm glad to say.
Maybe,Sandra..lol.Its a good"doer" and is disease resistant,so don't have any problems with it at all.

Strange Sandra some f mine are like yours kinda shaggy loking where other have smooth petals and a darkish center, its a pity they dont las a little longer the are such lovely pink and like the foilage too.

Of the four you gave me,there is still one that hasn't opened yet,and the other three are all the shaggy looking ones....watch this space..Lol.Isn't it lovely though ,waiting for something new to flower.?:o))

Certainly is! Watching for a dwarf Buddlelia to open at the moment lol
