Looks a bit like phlox but I really don't know - it self seeded fron last year, originally from a mixed seed packet I think...

Thanks David. Yes it is a very deep orange - stands out nicely against the leaves.

I think it looks like wallflower (Erysimum) ? Lovely colour.
