Is this a recent border Steve? It all looks quite new....i should imagine it
will all be lovely in Summer!! I can see you have some fine Climbers in
the background..`What are they called?

Yes its all new. Wasn't a border, soil or grass in sight when we moved here in Jan. All the climbers are Clematis's. I have 4 different ones along there which you can see in my other pics.
