My herb pot.

My herb pot.

Starting at the left with the ferny looking monster, it grows to 6-8' and makes a great addition to the compost heap, is Lovage, can be used in place of celery and the seeds used for cooking. Then beneath that is thyme, there is also a golden thyme, then sorrel which makes a lovely piquant sauce for fish or chicken. Then bronze fennel and sage. Mint is in a pot as is parsley and there is lavendar and rosemary in the front garden along with lemon balm. There are chives everwhere. I love the flowers as well as the leaves.
