Had our first rhubarb this weekend, tried Delias rhubarb and ginger recipe not quite as it should have been (more practice needed) as always!

The path is made from old footpath paving which the council took up and I re-cycled, it has been in for a few years now - bit uneven, have to watch where I plant my feet, getting old and shuffly now lol. its ok as long as I remember it is uneven. cleaned it all up this winter took out the grass which grows inbetween the cracks. Hopefully will last and look this good for a while.

Note also that the veggie patch behind the sink gardens has been dutifully dug over and also the beetroot (which you cannot see) has started to germinate. Carrots in (two varieties and spring onions also in) Just need some sunshine to keep things growing now.
