Clematis Vyvyan Pennell

Clematis Vyvyan Pennell (clematis Vyvyan Pennell)

This is a very tough plant. Its buds form in the Autumn and remain through the winter. This year I've cut it right back and taped it down. It grows so fast that its flowers are usually way up in the rowan tree (via the tamarisk) and we can't see them.
