Chamaedorea tepejilote - Pacaya Palm in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. (Chamaedorea tepejilote - Pacaya Palm)

Pacaya Palms are common palms here in San Diego, CA. I have almost 100 that I grew from seed...which I need to sell. : > )

Mushybanna:

I really love Pacaya palm! It's one beautiful palm...however, it hates wind and doesn't like much sun...and needs a lot of water to look good.

Pacaya palm is native to extreme Southern Mexico and Central America's tropical rain forest.
