With me here in Cornwall, end of Oct- ish. The only problem with this one is it is Summer dormant, so the foliage looks like a lot of dry twigs, but then end of year the "dry twigs" start shooting. I think it will need tiedying up this Summer, so may forgo some winter flowers. :o((

Thanks for that Pam...I wonder if it would survive up here in Lincs....I'll have a look on Google, .........I would maybe look nice with things growing through it in the summer....:o)

Well I think it's worth trying, maybe put some fleece around the roots. I think the books will say not hardy, but still worth a go. I grow other climbers through in the Summer.
