Porridge cake? Is that something you buy or make yourself Clarice? Im always interested in new recipes for the birds!

BB, myself and now quite a few on goy make it now , its cheap lard melted with porridge mix in it, with the lard being hot it cooks the porridge then i freeze it over night, mind you this weather it freezes outside, its so cheap and so easy to make.

Bloomer i only use the cheapest lard and porridge from asda or tessco.

Mine's cheapo stuff too,hope the birds round here aren't a snobby lot:o))
