Do you know its name, Paule? I have a lot of what I call 'anonymous pink ones'! lol.

So do I Spritz, I "pinch bits" from friends gardens who never know the names

Apparently, the 'pink' ones hybridise with each other so readily that they all look like each other after a few years! I have no idea why the other ones don't, but I'm glad I can still keep and recognise my favourites! :-))

Have you tried growing any from seed? I have, this year - but they're not planted out yet. Good, eh? Shame they don't all produce seed, though. :-((

No but a friend did and gave me one years ago, I still have it (-:

They germinated very quickly! I've got more to plant in the spring. :-))

This plant was part of some plantlets given to me when we were staying on a farm B & B.in North Devon three years ago.
Some of the older garden varieties will self seed all over the place but not necessarily the more striking ones.
Germinated some last winter from the RHS seed distribution list and they were stately compact tall plants an blue and darker shades. If cut down after flowering, they will produce a second flush later in the summer.
This plant refuses to stop flowering but I have no idea what it is.... but I'll do some research it is more likely a cross.
