this was taken after visiting Benmore gardens,in Dunoon area.The artist used to work for the Forestry commission,and discovered he had a natural talent,so gave up his job,to do it as a business.His carvings are amazing

Yes,I agree,I wish I could have brought one of his carvings home for the garden.He has had no training at all,and I think it is definitely a gift you are born with.
