Huge rocks have been put in place and lots of planting including roses, lavender, and small alpine plants

Is it easy to buy those plants you need, are the garden centres good there ?

the garden centres are excellent and give plenty of advice about what will survive the winter. The flowers , wild and cultivated are superb in the spring and summer. We have seen lots of gentians, wild cyclamen that smell divine .
