I thought that they hand painted it at first glance, but it was some sort of plastic printed overlay. It was nice looking though :)

It is pretty and colourful it will cheer the postman up on a dull morning :o)

Yes we can buy pre-printed overlays for our wheelie bins there are some very interesting ones.

It must help to ease the jolt of pain when the bills come in.i'll have to get one of those.Lol
